Sharma Chole Bhature in Shahdara, fondly known as “Afeem wale Chole Bhature” is the most famous Chole Bhature in East Delhi. Sharma Bhature Wala is one of the oldest Chole Bhature shops in East Delhi. Don’t get skeptical about the word Afeem. It is called so because its taste intoxicates you. The shop is immensely popular for its delicious Chole Bhature. A plate of Chole Bhature is served with pickled Chillies, Onions, and flavored Aloo. The whole preparation tastes amazing and is packed with loads of flavors. The Chole is simply delicious. The use of rich Indian spices and their secret homemade masala imparts it a distinct flavor. Truly scrumptious. The Bhature is fluffy, of adequate size, and warmly served.

Sometimes, this chickpea preparation is also served with kulcha, naan, or chawal.
